Gut issues are really common in people with skin conditions – and a huge driver of nutrient deficiencies.

Healthy Fats for Skin Health & Hormones

Healthy fats are essential to skin health and hormones, but you need to be eating the correct type of fat.

Week SIX:

Understanding Food Labels & Making Healthy Eating Easy

At the point of overwhelm with what actually counts as  healthy food? Does eating healthy  really have to be complicated and expensive?

By understanding food labels you can dodge all the misleading marketing claims made by the food industry.

You don’t have to spend hundreds on fancy superfoods to achieve clear skin, but you need to be able to read ingredients lists.

And now you’ve learnt everything your skin needs to thrive, we’ll make sure you can actually put all that knowledge into action (even when you’ve only got 5 seconds in the morning to eat because you overslept). Because without action – you won’t get results.

Six Weeks Of Live Online Sessions

The sessions will happen live online each week via Zoom. If you can’t make a session they will be recorded and sent out to you later – but I would recommend turning up to the sessions live, so you can interact and ask questions.

That won’t happen on this course, because we’re making diet changes easy, so that they can fit into your lifestyle even when you’re short on time, or overwhelmed with work.

You won’t leave Six Weeks To Skin Confidence with a restrictive meal plan or instantly clear skin. But you will leave with a better understanding of your body and its needs and a sustainable plan to create healthy foundations.

Will I get 1:1 nutritional support?

This course is focused on giving you the food foundations you need to achieve healthy skin. While you can ask questions in the Facebook group and in the live sessions, I won’t be able to specifically recommend what’s best for you as an individual. If once you’ve completed the course, you want to do some additional testing, we can delve deep into your personal imbalances and causes of acne through Healthy Skin From Within.

Will you recommend supplements and give skincare advice?

Supplements are a useful addition to your diet, but they need to be tailored to you specifically. We all have different conditions, medications, allergies and deficiencies that influence what supplements are suitable for us, and will give us the best results. Because the correct supplements will be unique to you, I can only recommend them through 1:1 consultations via my Healthy Skin From Within Packages. That way you’ll know what you’re taking is addressing the correct things, and is safe for you to take.

When will the sessions be taking place?

The sessions will be live each week on Thursday evening, between 7 – 8pm via Zoom.

What happens if I miss a session?

The sessions will be live each week via Zoom. If you can’t make it, they will be recorded and posted online for you to catch up on. But make sure you fit in watching the catch-up before the next session so that you don’t fall behind.

How much time do I need to commit to this?

Each session will run for one hour, and there will be small tasks to complete after each session (but these should only take a few minutes of your time), so in total – one hour and about 10  minutes each week.
