Meal planning is one of the most important habits that keeps me consistent with my nutrition so that my skin stays happy. It takes the guesswork out of the week, stops the last-minute panic meals, and helps you actually follow through on your intentions.

This simple A4 weekly planner gives you space to map out your breakfast, lunch and dinner for the entire week. There is also space to write your aims for the week. Whether that is eating oily fish twice, adding more fibre at breakfast, increasing protein, or simply cooking at home more often, you can plan it in and track it properly. The note section can be used to write ideas for next week, reflect on how the current week went, or make a note of what ingredients you need to buy.
